Stuff the Backpack

Max raised $4000 towards supplies for his Stuff the Backpack drive.

Meet Max, age 8!⁠

Over the summer, he raised money to buy backpacks and school supplies for local kids in need. With the help of his mother and grandfather, he created a @gofundme page asking for monetary donations to reach a $2,000 goal. Max exceeded his goal, reaching over $4,000 in donations.⁠

With that money, he and some friends shopped for school supplies to donate to our annual Back To School Drive held at @shopflowerhill ⁠
⁠
Thanks to Max's help, we could stuff over 180 backpacks to distribute to the local Boys and Girls club and Heroes Helping Heroes, where supplies went to support kids on the Battle Group of the USS Carl Vinson.⁠
