  • Make a list and offer help to teachers, parents, and friends. Ideas like redesigning the class bulletin board, being the door greeters, teaching a dance move, or setting the table. Taking action is contribution.

  • When you see someone do something recognize it through courtesy. This can be a verbal thank you or note. It’s important to contribute recognition in order to encourage more contribution!

  • Contribution goes together with teamwork, collaboration, and sportsmanship. These are sibling values. Think about how to include others, ask for ideas, and involve feedback to reach goals and innovate.
