Courage in Action
-
Try, try, and try again! Courage often comes with failure and the experience often happens when we feel not ready. It involves risk and imperfection. That’s ok. These are the exact moments when you display courage.
-
Courage is not magical and it doesn’t feel like a big change inside of us. It can happen for seconds at a time – just enough time to be brave to get through the obstacle. The effect can take time to see and can require some patience. But, courage reveals itself when you feel less worries next time around or see how much more relaxed a friend is when you showed courage for them.
-
Whenever you feel like you have tackled something and gained courage, share that with others. You can share the times you pushed through tiredness and worries to do a brave act. When you let people feel your courage, people can feel that in them, too.
